- 1 pound spaghetti
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned; drain fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until well combined.
- Layer spaghetti mixture in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and ground beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef and add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
