Description

A creamy and cheesy baked spaghetti casserole that’s easy to make and loved by all.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned; drain fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Layer spaghetti mixture in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and ground beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef and add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
