- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Slice the Italian bread lengthwise and hollow out the center if desired.
- Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni on the bottom half of the bread.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, banana peppers, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing and cover with the top half of the bread.
- Wrap the sandwich in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more banana peppers or red pepper flakes.
