Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef tenderloin, trimmed
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer to oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until medium-rare.
  4. Let rest, then slice thinly.
