Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
- Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until medium-rare.
- Let rest, then slice thinly.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast in oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Top each crostini with beef slices and Gorgonzola cheese.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
