Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add eggs, oil, coconut milk, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded coconut.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool before frosting.
