- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggnog, vanilla, egg yolks, and water.
- Gradually stir in the sifted ingredients until well blended.
- Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden around the edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
