- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced avocado, blackberries, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, omit feta cheese or substitute with vegan feta. The vinaigrette keeps well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
