Description

A refreshing summer salad combining juicy peaches, fresh blueberries, and creamy feta cheese for a sweet and tangy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the sliced peaches, fresh blueberries, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced almonds to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
