- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the chopped bok choy and soy sauce, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the bok choy is wilted.
