Delicious cupcakes filled with creamy custard and topped with chocolate glaze, perfect for any dessert lover.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add butter and eggs, mixing until smooth, then stir in milk.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Prepare pudding according to package instructions and let cool.
- Once cupcakes are cool, cut out centers and fill with pudding.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over the tops of the cupcakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
