  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with bourbon and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Spread the peach mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the pecan topping over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
