These refreshing cantaloupe and burrata cubes are drizzled with a spicy-sweet chili lime honey and topped with fresh mint. Perfect for summer entertaining.

- 1 large ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Flaky sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Make the chili lime honey: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chili flakes, lime zest, and lime juice. Set aside.
- Arrange cantaloupe cubes on a serving platter. Top with torn burrata.
- Drizzle with chili lime honey and sprinkle with mint. Season with flaky salt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Burrata is best at room temperature. Can be assembled ahead but best served fresh. Adjust chili flakes to taste.
