  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrappers according to package instructions and seal with water.
