- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange avocado slices, mozzarella, and tomatoes on a large platter.
- Scatter basil leaves over the top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
