- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat and add onions, tomatoes, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the center of each tortilla and fold into burritos.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings like sour cream or salsa.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapenos to the beef mixture.
