- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sautΓ© until softened.
- Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
