A delicious comfort food dish featuring cheesy stuffed shells with chicken and broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the cooked pasta shells.
  5. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish, place stuffed shells on top, and cover with more sauce and cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with mushrooms or spinach.
