Description

These cheesy pepperoni pizza roll ups are a fun and easy twist on traditional pizza, perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each triangle.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add 3-4 pepperoni slices on each.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point, and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping. These can be frozen for up to a month.
