- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced tomatoes and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with a layer of shredded chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the toppings and cover with another tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot with optional garnishes.
