- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, ground hazelnuts, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into doughnut shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry doughnuts until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from oil and let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, toast the hazelnuts before grinding. Store in an airtight container.
