Description

Delicious homemade doughnuts infused with chocolate and hazelnut flavors, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, ground hazelnuts, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into doughnut shapes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry doughnuts until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from oil and let cool on a wire rack.

Notes

For a richer flavor, toast the hazelnuts before grinding. Store in an airtight container.
