- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned; drain fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, cranberries, cinnamon, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese; repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
