Description

A creamy fudge infused with cinnamon and snickerdoodle flavors, perfect for holiday treats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cinnamon chips
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon chips, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, cream of tartar, and salt until smooth.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan and let it cool for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark cinnamon chips. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
