- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning, stirring until combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and flake the salmon into the mixture.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra Cajun seasoning. Ensure salmon is fresh for best results.
