Ingredients

  • 8 ounces salmon fillets
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning, stirring until combined. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and flake the salmon into the mixture.
  7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a spicier version, add extra Cajun seasoning. Ensure salmon is fresh for best results.
