- For the crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- For the filling: 2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime juice
- 4 large egg yolks
- Zest of 2 key limes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
