Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
