- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken tenders in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray and air fry for 10 minutes.
- Flip the tenders and spray again, then air fry for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double coat the chicken tenders. Ensure the air fryer is not overcrowded.
