Description

A delicious and healthy way to enjoy cauliflower with a crispy sesame coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cauliflower and mix well to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is vegan and can be served as a snack or side dish. Adjust seasoning based on preference.
