- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cauliflower and mix well to coat evenly.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
