- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped

- 3. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and sliced almonds over the brie.
- 5. Season with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the flatbread is golden and crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey. Scatter fresh rosemary on top.
- 8. Let cool for 2 minutes, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute almonds with pumpkin seeds. You can use any flatbread or even pizza dough. Add a handful of arugula after baking for extra freshness.
