  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

This crispy flatbread is topped with creamy brie, tart dried cranberries, and crunchy toasted almonds. Drizzled with honey and fresh rosemary for a perfect sweet-savory appetizer, ideal for holiday gatherings or a quick party snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large pre-made flatbread or naan (about 10 inches)
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced into thin pieces
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet. Brush evenly with olive oil.
  3. 3. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and sliced almonds over the brie.
  5. 5. Season with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. 6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the flatbread is golden and crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey. Scatter fresh rosemary on top.
  8. 8. Let cool for 2 minutes, then slice into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute almonds with pumpkin seeds. You can use any flatbread or even pizza dough. Add a handful of arugula after baking for extra freshness.
