A delicious and easy air fryer recipe for crispy chicken with a honey sesame glaze.

- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and drizzle with vegetable oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Heat over medium until simmering.
- Once the chicken is crispy, transfer it to a bowl and toss with the honey sesame sauce until well coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
