Instructions
- Place beef tips in the crockpot.
- Add sliced onion, minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve beef tips over cooked noodles.
