  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the steak chunks on all sides.
  2. Step 2: Place the browned steak, diced potatoes, sliced onion, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
  3. Step 3: Pour beef broth over the ingredients and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

Notes
