These biscotti are a decadent treat combining chocolate chips and Nutella for a crispy, irresistible biscuit.
Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and Nutella to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Divide the dough in half and shape into two logs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice into biscotti shapes.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. These biscotti pair wonderfully with coffee.
