- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red bell pepper, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
