Description

A tangy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring dill pickles for added crunch and flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 46 slices dill pickles
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. On the non-buttered side of one slice, layer the cheese and dill pickles.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder if using.
  4. Top with the other bread slice, buttered side out.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

Notes

For extra tang, use sour dill pickles. Serve with a side of chips for a complete meal.
