A tangy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring dill pickles for added crunch and flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 4–6 slices dill pickles
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the non-buttered side of one slice, layer the cheese and dill pickles.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder if using.
- Top with the other bread slice, buttered side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
For extra tang, use sour dill pickles. Serve with a side of chips for a complete meal.
