Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the ricotta cheese and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Divide the batter into two portions; mix cocoa powder into one portion.
- Alternate spooning the plain and chocolate batters into the prepared pan to create a marble effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
