- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped chili peppers, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Adjust spiciness by adding more chilies if desired.
