- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sautΓ© until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Serve over steamed rice.
