Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sautΓ© until fragrant.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until peppers are tender.
