- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces crab meat, drained and flaked
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold into balls, sealing tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Fry the balls in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
For a crispier texture, ensure the oil is at the right temperature. Serve with sweet chili sauce or duck sauce for the best flavor.
