- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
