Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
  5. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
