These easy peach dumplings are a delightful dessert made with fresh peaches wrapped in crescent roll dough, baked to golden perfection, and served with a sweet sauce.

- 2 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda (like 7-Up)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles.
- Place a peach slice on the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Place the rolled dumplings in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon; pour over the dumplings.
- Pour the soda around the edges of the dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for the best flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
