Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced kielbasa, potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
