Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers made with tortillas, cream cheese, and taco flavors, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: Diced tomatoes and lettuce for filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and sour cream until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
  3. If desired, add diced tomatoes and lettuce on top of the mixture.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes

These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. Great for gatherings!
