Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined.
- Add chives, pecans, garlic powder, and salt; stir until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the mixture and form into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in additional chopped nuts or herbs for coating, if desired.
