- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, feta cheese, dried cranberries, red onion, and sliced almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, white vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
