Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the base.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust layer.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
