Description

This is a simple and delicious way to bake scallops. Serve over rice or with a salad.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pound scallops

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Arrange scallops in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour butter mixture over scallops.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until scallops are opaque and firm, 12 to 15 minutes.
