- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey for beef. Ensure meatballs are not overcooked to keep them juicy.
