  • Author: Chef Lalybeth
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Tender meatballs made with ground beef, garlic, and herbs, cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce and finished with creamy parmesan cheese for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey for beef. Ensure meatballs are not overcooked to keep them juicy.
