Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak in garlic and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking. Pairs well with roasted vegetables.
