Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
