Description

Delicious steak bites tossed with shell pasta in a creamy Parmesan garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix everything together until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality steak and fresh garlic. This dish pairs well with a side salad.
