- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix everything together until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality steak and fresh garlic. This dish pairs well with a side salad.
