Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Stir in the minced garlic and butter, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
