Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and butter, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
