- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- For topping: 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Step 3: Stir in minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
- Step 4: Flatten each biscuit dough piece and add a spoonful of beef mixture and some cheese in the center.
- Step 5: Fold the dough around the filling and seal; place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Step 6: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Step 7: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 8: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
