These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed with juicy beef, cheese, and garlic flavors, perfect for a fun appetizer or snack.

  • For the dough: 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For topping: 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Step 3: Stir in minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  4. Step 4: Flatten each biscuit dough piece and add a spoonful of beef mixture and some cheese in the center.
  5. Step 5: Fold the dough around the filling and seal; place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
